We are Randall and Pam Osborne and we live in Pike County, Kentucky, and our home town is Pikeville.
Randall is a retired elementary school teacher and Pam is a court reporter who still goes off to work every day. After all, somebody has to support Randall and the Cotons!
We have had dogs all of our married life, ranging from Jack Russell Terriers to Old English Sheepdogs to the Cotons we have today. Our Cotons are the first dogs to live with us in our home full time, but it didn't take long to decide we wouldn't have it any other way. They have become our close, constant companions, each with its own personality!
At Windcrest Cottage our puppies are our passion and the love of our life. We strive to breed top quality Cotons, whether it be show or companion. Our matings are planned carefully in order to breed only exceptional quality puppies. We breed for quality, not quantity. We have only 2 maybe 3 litters a year.
